The content and format of Foreign Supplier Verification Program Plans (FSVP Plans) are considered proprietary, privileged, and confidential.  FSVP Plans may not be reproduced in whole, or part, nor may they be shared with any third party – including a customer – without the prior written consent of United Safety Agents (USA). All FSVP Plans are bound under the terms of USA's operating Agreement and Confidentiality Policy. If a customer has requested access to an FSVP Plan, fill the following form, and USA will deliver a partially-redacted FSVP Plan for your customer's reference.
