TERMS OF SERVICE
United States Department of Agriculture APHIS Permit Services. The following terms of service ("Agreement") are applicable to -and agreed upon by- any person or company that engages or directs United Safety Agents to serve or function as the Permittee for the purpose of USDA compliance.
USDA Permittee Services
Welcome to United Safety Agents ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services related to the filing, application, and management of USDA APHIS Permits on behalf of third-party businesses ("Clients"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided
We act as a permittee and file USDA APHIS Permit applications on behalf of Clients. Our responsibilities include: Preparing and submitting permit applications; Communicating with USDA APHIS on behalf of Clients; Managing compliance requirements associated with the permit; Holding the permit as the designated permittee as required by USDA APHIS regulations.​

Client Authorization
Clients expressly authorize United Safety Agents to prepare, submit, and manage USDA APHIS Permit applications on their behalf. This authorization includes, but is not limited to, communicating with USDA APHIS, submitting required documentation, and acting as the permittee as required by USDA regulations. Clients acknowledge that this authorization does not transfer liability or responsibility for compliance to United Safety Agents.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must: Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the application process; Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the use of the permit; Pay all applicable fees associated with the permit application and ongoing compliance management; Cooperate with any USDA APHIS inspections, reporting, or other regulatory requirements.

Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay all applicable service fees as outlined in their service agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Schedule of Fees

$450 per permit application;
-
$150 USDA application fee (per application);
-
$150 per item included in the permit application.

Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding the approval of any permit application. We are not liable for any delays, denials, or regulatory actions taken by USDA APHIS or other governmental entities. Clients assume all risks associated with regulatory compliance and use of the permit.​

Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Safety Agents, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of the permit, failure to comply with regulations, or any misrepresentations made in the permit application process.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services at any time if a Client: Fails to comply with these Terms; Engages in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities; Fails to make required payments.

Scope
Customer understands that United Safety Agents is a private corporation and is not affiliated with USDA or U.S. FDA and that United Safety Agents does not and will not practice law or render legal advice.

Severability
Each of the provisions of this Agreement is a separate and distinct agreement and independent of the others; therefore, if any provision hereof shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions hereof.​
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Modification
No amendment, modification, termination, or cancellation of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing signed by both parties hereto.

Additional Recitals
The Parties further acknowledge that this Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between USA and Customer with respect to the matter set forth herein and that its terms, including the Whereas clauses and the definitions contained therein, are contractual and not mere recitals.
