The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) requires all facilities that manufacture or process cosmetic products for retail sale in the United States (U.S.), register with the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

 

Please note this form is intended to register a single facility. For multiple facility registrations, submit a form per facility.
